Create a new framework for assessing the quality of VET systems that equally acknowledges social and educational (personal development) aims, besides economic ones
Analyse how different national institutions and procedures for changing VET profiles manage change related to digitalisation of work in selected occupations and work fields
Analyse the interaction between change in work content/job tasks on the one hand and VET profiles on the other within these selected occupations and work fields
Compare and assess the quality of the national procedures/institutions for change in VET profiles from a human capital as well as a human capability perspective
