The Responsiveness and Proactiveness of VET systems
Led by FAFO and with 3s, BIBB, University of Padova, FAFO and IER
Objectives:
- Create a new framework for assessing the quality of VET systems that equally acknowledges social and educational (personal development) aims, besides economic ones
- Analyse how different national institutions and procedures for changing VET profiles manage change related to digitalisation of work in selected occupations and work fields
- Analyse the interaction between change in work content/job tasks on the one hand and VET profiles on the other within these selected occupations and work fields
- Compare and assess the quality of the national procedures/institutions for change in VET profiles from a human capital as well as a human capability perspective
